- Blend all pancake ingredients together in a processor.
- Heat a pan over a medium heat and place in 1/2 tsp coconut oil.
- When heated, pour all mixture into pan.
- Allow to slightly cook through and then flip pancake.
- When cooked remove from stove.
- Fill with ingredients and fold pancake in half.
