Gluten-Free Organic Pancake Flip



This gluten-free recipe is seriously the perfect start to any day. It has a fantastic macro breakdown with a high 34g protein per serve, a great 26g carbs to fuel your day and a super low 4g fat!

Be warned, this recipe made using Organic Plant Protein by Garden of Life is addictive!

METHOD

  1. Blend all pancake ingredients together in a processor.
  2. Heat a pan over a medium heat and place in 1/2 tsp coconut oil.
  3. When heated, pour all mixture into pan.
  4. Allow to slightly cook through and then flip pancake.
  5. When cooked remove from stove.
  6. Fill with ingredients and fold pancake in half.
