Eggnog Protein Smoothie


One of our favourite Christmas treats is eggnog! Whilst amazingly delicious, traditional eggnog is extremely high in sugar, fat and carbohydrates; making it calorie dense. It’s okay as a festive treat but if you want it on the regular, here’s a healthy twist on the traditional version by Flush Fitness Athlete Anna McManamey.


Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Sprinkle a little cinnamon on top to serve.
