Breakfast Protein Parfait


Here’s a great protein breakfast packed with 40g of protein and only 4g of fat! Flush Fitness Athlete Anna McManamey really made something special with this one...read on to find out how you can too!

  1. Combine yoghurt, protein powder, Natvia, cinnamon and maple syrup in a mixing bowl and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour yoghurt mixture into a parfait bowl.
  3. Top with granola, berries and an extra drizzle of maple syrup
