GLOSSARY
CREATINOL-O-PHOSPHATE

Creatinol-O-Phosphate

How does it work?

Creatinol-O-Phosphate (COP) is a synthetic analogue of creatine, however does not relate to creatine.1 COP was developed as a cardioprotective drug administered through injection only and there is limited data available on its oral ingestion.2 Some sources claim COP is a muscle and strength-enhancing compound which is easily absorbed into muscle tissue.3 Once saturated in the muscle cell, COP is thought to prolong anaerobic glycolysis in the presence of lactic acid and allow muscle contractions to continue.4 Research is needed to confirm these claims.

What results can be expected?

Creatinol-O-Phosphate may improve muscle strength and endurance however research is needed to confirm these claims.
