GLOSSARY
BEE POLLEN

Bee Pollen

How does it work?

Bee pollen is created through the common honeybee which collects pollen and mixes it with its own digestive enzymes.1 It is known for its high concentration of proteins, vitamins and minerals;2 and research has shown bee pollen to contain high amounts of various antioxidants which are powerful compounds known for preventing oxidative damage in the body.3

What results can be expected?

Due to bee pollen containing high amounts of antioxidants, adding it to a healthy diet and lifestyle may help to counteract exposure to free radicals.4
